Here’s a simple overview of the process when you order more than 12-14 cases:
- Order Confirmation: Once you place your truck order, we receive it and look for the contact phone number provided.
- Information Verification: If the phone number is missing, your order will be put on hold until we obtain all necessary information.
- Order Processing: After we have complete details, your order will be submitted. Please allow 5 to 8 working daysfor our warehouse to pick, pack, and wrap your items. Keep in mind that our warehouse also handles orders from other provinces, which can affect processing time.
- Queue for Shipping: By placing your truck order, you enter the shipping queue. We process orders in the order they are received.
- Truck Scheduling: Once the pallets are wrapped and we have confirmed their counts, weights, and dimensions, we will schedule the trucking service. This process may take up to 48 hours to secure a trucker at a reasonable rate.
- Pick-Up: Once the load is booked, the truck will arrive for pick-up within 24 to 48 hours.
Overall Timeline: The entire process from order placement to pick-up typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
